The City of Pleasant Hill Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a proposed zoning ordinance amendment related to accessory dwelling units (Section 18.20.090 & 100). The proposed amendment is intended to ensure compliance with recent changes made to State laws (Assembly Bill 494 & Senate Bill 229, which amended Government Code Section 65852.2) pertaining to accessory dwelling units and associated provisions related to parking, design and development standards.
The Planning Commission will conduct the public hearing starting at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 24, 2018, in the City Council Chambers, 100 Gregory Lane, Pleasant Hill. Interested persons will be heard at that time. The public notice can be viewed HERE.
